Rooted in the high forest regions of Ethiopia, where arabica coffee first emerged centuries ago, Tabot is a light roast shaped by altitude, rainfall, and traditional cultivation methods passed through generations.
Its lighter roast profile preserves the coffee’s delicate floral and citrus character. Bright aromatics open the cup before soft fruit notes emerge at the centre, settling into star anise and fine cocoa at the finish.
